Make sure you are using the latest version of the game. Perhaps your problem has already been solved.
When filling out the form, please specify all the details. Specify the location of the game in which the error occurred, your actions in the game that led to the error. Copy the text of the error message, if any. Attach a screenshot of the error, if it is clearer what happened.
Problems with connecting to the server, incorrect passwords, inactive functions in games – these are not bugs. Such problems are described in our FAQ.
